We have lift off!

Like our new look?
Our new website is finally here and we'd love to know what you think! Do let us know your thoughts on the design, layout and general feel of the new site.
In detail
We have received great feedback so far on our other digital services, such as Internet Banking and Mobile Banking too, which we will update on as soon as we can. But, in the meantime, you can let us know what you're thinking here.

How am I supposed to navigate the site? For example, if I want to find out about banking services do I
a) Click on banking in the product tab on the menu bar in black at the top of the screen;
b) Click on the banking tab in white in the middle of the screen;
c) Click on banking in the black box at the bottom of the screen;
d) Give up and try another bank's website
It just looks a mess.
I see the website still looks a shambolic mess. Poor use of screen real estate. Inconsistent navigation and an overall repellent UI.
Thankfully I've bookmarked the IB login page so I can actively boycott this mess.
Well, to all those thinking of moving - DO. Claim your £200 too.
I've now switched to the Co-Op and I have to say switching has been pain-less. There are other banks out there as well, but you'll have to decide for yourselves which is best for you.
I'm outa here.
Tried and tested now? So we'll just be ignoring all the other feedback after bringing back the one-click for internet banking.
Glad to see you've taken all the negative feedback seriously.
As I'm unable to italicise, it's important to realise the statements above are dripping in sarcasm!
This area of the site is now the equivalent of 'dead land'. Cannot express how disappointed in FD I am: avoiding tackling head-on the negative feedback, moving the Lab away to hide the neg comments. Make one change to the new site, yet still wants customers to give feedback. Never thought I'd see the day where I'd leave FD, but am now actively testing the water with the Co-Op Bank
Added 1 month ago ReportFD shouted from the rooftops about the Lab and the new site, positively encouraging feedback, now it has been collected (and doesn't appear to be 5 star), it's just a total media blackout. What is the point in asking your customers, involve them and make them feel as if they are contributing, only to disregard what you're told because it doesn't fit with what you THOUGHT you'd get told.
Added 1 month ago ReportHi @On the Move, sorry you are thinking of leaving first direct. We would like to reassure you that we are listening to all feedback positive and negative. We try to reply to all customers concerns, labs was created to gain customer views on current and future projects that we introduce. Some customers don't like the new website, can we ask what you don't like about the new site?
Added 1 month agoPlease can I have the "one click" method back to get to internet plus.
Thanks
this is something I requested on the previous site.
when entering a sort code to make a payment, the text field is only 6 characters long. if someone emails me their sort code they usually put spaces or dashes in it so I can't paste it in. the side should accept all 3 formats "123456", "12-34-56", "12 34 56" or at least allow pasting of 8 characters so i can remove the spaces or dashes after

Group.
Unfortunately having been a customer for so long (not having received a £100 bribe to join) I won't get the £100 to leave!
Added 1 month ago ReportIt's a shame - FD seems so intent on window dressing, and catching the eye of Generation Y, that it is neglecting the actual functionality of their reason for existing: providing a banking service (that used to be cutting edge).
