There seems to be a lot of things that will prove to be unused such as the videos. Most people who use internet banking will be able to understand about the accounts without a commentary

The old site is very useful and the customer support is excellent. The one thing that is highly frustrating for me is that as I operate many bank accounts for different budgeting reasons, you are unable to name the accounts - you just have a number. This is really tiresome. Will the update allow users to actually name their bank accounts? Intelligent Finance have had that facility for years!

I totally agree - naming accounts seems to be the norm at many banks yet not FD and would be of great help ....please ....'make it so' ... and no, I am not a trekkie but it just seems to fit! :)
